Your phone could be doing app updates at that time. Check and see if you are set up to automatically update.

Subject: [apple-iphone] Another AT&T problem
Hi, In an effort to lower my expenses I was looking at the Data usage on my AT&T bills. I noticed that almost every day there is data usage almost every day after 10:00 PM. That's weird as I usually am on my to bed and sleep shortly after 9:00 PM. After many calls to AT&T I finally got thru and was jerked around with NO HELP. A tech at the AT&T store told me I had to call and request a printout of the data contact info. Any suggestions on how to proceed? Robert Poland
