Sorry for replying late as I couldn't get time to go for buying another cable. I changed the cable and it worked. But old cable is working fine with charging adapter that's why I was confused.

Pat's link covers many options, but it is probably the cable.

One that charges does not necessarily sync. Try another cable, preferably an authentic Apple cable.

I am facing this problem since few days. I couldn't connect my iPhone with my Laptop, now when I tried to connect my iPhone with my laptop few days before its not detecting in laptop. I didn't change anything in my iPhone or in laptop.
