There was some recent discussion about battery failure.. I just saw this advertised in a couple places today:
"Apple recently announced its new iPhone 5 Battery Replacement Program. Citing that a small percentage of iPhone 5 devices may suddenly experience shorter battery life or need more frequent charging, the program will switch out affected units' batteries at no charge"
