Senuti is not in the Mac App Store, if the ink does not work, then type it in.
If it is not on the computer you sync with, Senuti probably won't work. You have to move it over to the computer that you sync with. Try connecting the two computers over a network or using sneakerware to move it over, a thumb drive.

Syncing music is one-way. From computer (Windows PC or Mac) to iOS device or iPod. Not other way around, unless you bought them from the iTunes Store.
Again, how did those music get into your iPhone? That is important. You keep saying help but you're not giving the details we need to help you.
Anyway, there are apps available that can transfer your music files from the iPhone to your MacBook. I had one. Particular favorite years back when I was in those shoes you're in. It's like an iTunes substitute but with the option to import you iDevice music files. The free version had a limit of up to 200 songs or so only. The paid version, around $29.00 can import all. I forgot the name but a little googling can help.
