The server where the greeting is saved belongs to your phone company. You should contact them about it.

Just to check, I called my phone from my land line, and heard my greeting just fine.

I just can't get to it to it to change it.

Ok, so after many tries I was able to select record to record a new message.  The "Saving Greeting" shows on my screen for several minutes, and then says "GREETING SAVE FAILED, failed to save your   greeting".  I've tried to save it several times, no luck, same message.

 

I have an iPhone 5, IOS7 with the latest update.  I have done several hard resets, and have turned it off completely for 5 minutes before turning it on.

 

Any suggestions or ideas?
