Well, Charles, I think you have a very unusual situation, and AT&T gave an unusual charity.
They could have done better and canceled the whole contract, but at least this way they get more out of it.

cell phones. His family sat in living room and ran up texting bill.
Guess who is struggling to pay @ $40.00 a month on $700.00 ssi?
