It comes with an adapter so that you can use your current headphones, though you wouldn't be able to charge at the same time. The other option is to use wireless ones.

Both the 6s and 7 are available with 32 or 128 GB (no 64 option). The 7 costs $100 more and has no headphone socket (if that matters)..

This is very helpful. Thank you!  Weight is my biggest concern since I have problems with my hands. I was thinking to get the 6s figuring it would be the closet to what I had with the 6 which I know works for me.  I woldn't even upgrade because the 6 is so good for me but I need more storage than what my 6 has. But I see now the 7 actually weighs less than the 6s and is a newer model so I wll do that instead.  Thanks to all who took the time to respond!
