Re: [apple-iphone] 6 vs 6s

This is very helpful. Thank you!  Weight is my biggest concern since I have problems with my hands. I was thinking to get the 6s figuring it would be the closet to what I had with the 6 which I know works for me.  I woldn't even upgrade because the 6 is so good for me but I need more storage than what my 6 has. But I see now the 7 actually weighs less than the 6s and is a newer model so I wll do that instead.  Thanks to all who took the time to respond!

If you want an iPhone with an actual headphone socket, the 6s ( and 6s+) were the last that had it. Plus, you can buy a new 6s from Apple at a big saving compared with newer models. The question is: what do the newer ones have that you actually need?

Weight differences are not something I would notice (but remember that the 6 was criticised for being "bendable" so that explains the greater weight of later models).
6  129g
6s 143g
7  138g
8  148g

Anyone know why Apple went from 7 to 8, not 7s?
