Re: [apple-iphone] Compatible apps ios11

On the phone. Go to the update section of the App Store. In the upper right hand corner there will be an icon for your Apple account ( I have a picture of myself). Click on it and you will see a "purchased" name with an arrow to the right. Click on it and it will list all your apps purchased. There is an option next to it for apps not on iPhone.

I had deleted a lot of apps prior to updating to iOS 11. I found that if I go to the App Store and look at "purchased apps - not on the iphone" I can download those apps that developers have made compatible since my ios11 install. Those that haven't been updated have a grayed out cloud download icon but any that are now good have the dark working download button that allows reinstallation.

This may be of help to others who prematurely deleted incompatible apps that have now been updated.
