Hello All,
I have a strange "issue" going on that Apple Care has not been able to figure out. I thought someone here may have ideas or suggestions.
I've updated to IOS 11 on my iPhone 7+. All went well.
When opening my App Store, then click on the little icon on the upper left to go to my account, it asks me to sign in, even though I have already signed in in SETTINGS/ITUNES & App Store. So I go ahead and sign in. After doing so I get an error message telling me I cannot log in. Then when I click okay it shows my name, but my husbands email address.
Note: the only connection to that email address is through family sharing - I am the administrator.
So, I click sign out and try again, same thing, it tells me I cannot log in, then puts my name and husbands email.
I'm going in circles and getting nowhere.
I can still update apps as they become available.
Any ideas?
