That is normal. The apps Control was taken from iTunes. If you need to transfer files it is now at the bottom of the list on the left after you plug your phone in. It is "file sharing". Click on that and you can access those apps that allow files to be moved to your computer.
I am ambivalent on whether I like the new feature or not. My phone is ready to sync more quickly so I can transfer files faster.
I find it much harder to move apps around on the phone itself. Thank goodness I had them where I wanted them!!

I have an 6plus...after updating to IOS 11 when I connect to ITunes the apps category doesn't even show? I don't see any apps on my I tunes.....Just music, videos and books.....

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.
