There were a bunch of videos taken last night on my iPhone of my band. I moved them over to my MacBook Pro and when I try to open them I get a message that the file is not compatible with Quicktime. Apparently all of the video files taken are now in the HEVC format that Quicktime won't open.
So much for compatibility. Apple says update to High Sierra to be able to open the files but High Sierra isn't available yet.
