Similar to another poster recently, I have a Mophie Juice Pack battery case on my 5s, which give it two different opportunities to confuse me. 1) the Muting button on the top left side sometimes is pushed to Off (no sound) when I put it into my Mophie holster, or occasionally I'll forget I've switched it to Off myself after coming out of a movie. 2) the switch for turning the Mophie battery on or off is quite small, on the bottom right of the back of the case. This switch is virtually always clicked to On without my knowledge by sliding the phone into my holster. My son keeps telling me to put it in battery Off position, so whenever he uses my phone, he says "Dad, it's On again!" and I have to tell him the holster did it, not me!

On the top left side of the phone is a rectangular button. It is probably off. Mine did same thing for three days till I figured this out. It isn't easy but it moves forward and backward slightly to turn on or off ringer. Have phone on so you can see if it is off or on as you move it
