I read that the rules at AT&T are changing but don't know if it has happened yet. Call Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE and ask them.

My son broke the screen on his iPhone yesterday so he's got to get a replacement.  Does anyone know if he can  just buy a new phone from Apple and activate it with his current AT&T account?
