Other articles state Google has issued a Chrome patch already. AppleCare Chat knew nothing about it today, suggesting only that I upgrade to 10.10.3, install Adware Medic and set Safari Preferences to display the complete website address, none of which would seem to affect this particular vulnerability. A brief search of Apple Support and http://www.apple.com/safari/ yielded no information. Does anyone know anything more about this?
