When dictating a message, email, or note I tap the microphone icon and nothing happens. Sometimes a rotating circle will appear in the text line than nothing happens. Even after rebooting the phone the problem continues. This happens with and without wifi. I also had this problem with my 5s. Could it be my carrier?
