Not sure about Windows, but on my Mac,

Choose iTunes Preferences; a Pop-Up appears

Click the "Devices" Icon in the top line of the Pop-Up; A list of backups appears

Right-click the backup that you want to archive or delete; choices appear

Choose the option that you want
