[apple-iphone] Mail upgrade notice, bogus?

 

I'm so Leary of bogus emails with links, I'm afraid to link to anything. I got email notice from Yahoo telling me I'm not using updated mail. How to find out if this is real or fake. Don't know how to upgrade either. Sent from my iPhone Joan/Jesse
