How about a few details Ellen, so we can try to help and compare notes. Where and when did you try it and did you talk to the store manager asking about this? For example, I could ask why my car doesn't work, but without a few details, you could not tell if it were out of gas or the battery was dead. Notice how Jim S. gave a few details, like it had worked at a couple of places, but then they turned it off. And Roger had to take a stab in the dark, and asked if you performed all of the required steps. This is still new, so there are probably some bugs to be worked out on the retailers' end also. Since some tried and turned it off, retailer problems is my guess. But without more details, we can only make wild guesses to try to help you.
