Apologies for the delay in thanking you for taking the time to respond; I have been away from home.

When I find an attachment on my telephone I tap it once and it downloads and I tap it again and it opens. I have no idea what software the iPhone uses to open it. How can I find out?

In what app on the iPhone will you open it?
