Have you checked the clock app to see if an alarm is set?  Another possibility is the reminders app.

Every morning, close to the same time, my wife's iPhone 7 makes a brief chirping noise 5-6 times between 5:30 - 7:30 am.  Nothing appears on the screen.  I've disabled every notification that I could find but it doesn't stop it.  I'm at a total loss.
