Re: [apple-iphone] Apple Pay, Go Away UPDATE

I've been to stores that have Apple Pay and used it. The clerk still handed me a receipt to sign.

This has happened to me, too, Cyndi. Lately I've been asking if they mind my trying to use ApplePay, and they're usually very pleased when it does work, as they can then tell other customers that it works. Unfortunately, it isn't successful in all stores, but it's slowly becoming more available.

When clicking on the link they show you two symbols to look for. One being the Apple pay and the other the wireless. I once thought the Apple pay symbol had to be present at the terminal but that is not the case. It would be worth a try if you frequent a place often.

That list seems to be the same as the one CITI Bank provided.

Looking at it again I noticed that it adds " and many more" to the stores listed. Perhaps those listed pay a promotional fee.
