My iPhone 5 has frequent crashes since the last OS update.
This morning it just went black and stayed black and wouldn't restart holding the on off button down.
Took it to Verizon store and he did a soft boot holding on off and home button which I didn't know about.
What is the difference between the two?
He also told that a lot of people are having problems since last update. That could be why I couldn't get an appointment (which I don't need now) until Thursday. Guess there are lots of people with iPhone problems.
Anyway, what is the difference between the two reboots?
