Ummm.

Options like that show up only on devices that can take advantage of them — i.e., the 6S and 6S+

I just unboxed my new Magic Trackpad 2 that has Force Touch, but haven't started messing with it yet.  The new devices pair instantly when they are connected to the Mac and now have lithium ion batteries that are charged via a lightning cable.  The Magic Mouse 2 is the smoothest operating of any model that I have used.
