Got to Settings> TouchID & Passcode. Click on change passcode. It will ask for the old pass code and then the new pass code. The default is 6. Options below will let you select 4.

I have a co-worker who's iPhone 6 only has the 4 digit passcode. She didn't know there was a 6 digit passcode by default in iOS 9. She would like to use the 6 digit passcode. I see lots of stuff on the net on how to get back to 4. How does she change it to the default of a 6 digit passcode?
