No, ATT uses GSM so you can only use it on a GSM system.

I have a used AT&T 32GB 4S that we no longer use so I'm thinking of selling it, but I noticed that unlocked phones on eBay go for more $ than locked phones. I believe I can just ask AT&T to unlock it because it's no longer under contract. Can anyone tell me how that's done and what exactly does unlocked mean here? Can it be used on any carrier without a contract?
