The charges are 110/230 compatible, no need for a converter. You can buy an Aussie adapter, probably dirt cheap, or get the Apple World Travel Adapter Kit, which you can then remove the prongs from the charger and add the Aussie prongs. Worthwhile if you may travel internationally every now and then
