[apple-iphone] Re: Sound disappears

 

Thank you Flipdoodle.

I didn't think to check the mute button b/c I never turned it off. However my husband tells me his
button often flips to off. We both have iphone 5s This
never happened in the past with iphones 3 and 4. At
least that I can remember. I have the button well secured
under an ottorbox defender case and it was closed tightly so I know when the sound went off yesterday I never flipped the mute button on.

Thanks for reminding me about the mute button. It just
didn't occur to me that that was the problem!!
