[apple-iphone] Getting rid of Facebook notifications from old account?

 

I gave my old iPhone 4 to my son. I deleted the Facebook app and re-installed it using his Facebook log-in information. However, whenever my facebook account get a notification, the notification pops up on the old iPhone 4(as well as my new iPhone 5) and the Facebook icon on the iPhone 4 displays the little red numbers indicating how many notifications I have. How do I get rid of thsi from the old iPhone 4 so that my son is not bothered by my notifications?
