Brent - what if it's not the "end destination," but a spot coming up?  
  
  I'm not sure I'm explaining it correctly.  If I am traveling from points A to D, and passing through points B and C... I would like to know at point B how far I am from point C, without redoing the entire trip.

  you distance to your destination from your current location.
