As stated when I do ask her to read messages she doesn't. I should have explained more- when I ask her to read my text or read my messges she say I don't have any new messages. (even though I do have unread responses or initial text messages). I have googled and looked at support sites but apparently my google skills are not good because I have found no solutions or fixes
