My husband recently bought his first Apple device, an iPhone 4. When I tried to set up his yahoo mailbox I get the message "server cannot retrieve mail." I can get to his yahoo mailbox via the website using Safari
He doesn't have an Apple/iTunes ID. Is this the problem? Would he be better off using Gmail?
