Let me put in my own plug for Goodreader. Not only is it a great pdf
reader, but it can serve as the central clearinghouse and organizer for
*all* your ebooks, no matter what format. There's an "open in" feature in
Goodreader so you can open, say, mobi files in Kindle for iPad, but still
have all your books organized together with categories and subcategories
however you want (i.e. Fiction/Mysteries/Agatha Christie).
