Cancel any popups that appear after connecting the iPhone. Open Windows Explorer, you can then beowse to the "Apple iPhone" on the left pane, and click through the folders until you see the image files. The copy and paste them to where you wish on your PC

I plug my iphone in and go to explorer, it comes up in Windows Fax Viewer, then I right click and download to My Pictures. It comes up in Paint. I would like it to download in jpeg format so I can format easily. Help please, Julie Victoria BC Canada p.s.
