you must have paint set to be the default app on your PC when opening a jpg file.

OK, I just tried this and "saved as" a jpg file from explorer and it still comes up in paint. Must be the way the pic is saved on my phone before download???? I will take it to Telus and hopefully they can help me but thank you so much rich. Julie
