[apple-iphone] Downloading pics to my desktop

 

I plug my iphone in and go to explorer, it comes up in Windows Fax Viewer, then I right click and download to My Pictures. It comes up in Paint. I would like it to download in jpeg format so I can format easily. Help please, Julie Victoria BC Canada p.s. THANKS to EVERYONE for the time you take for all the neat emails and help I receive, AMAZING........
