I think you wont see the files, you will see a folder, go through the folder tree till you get to DCIM from memory, the photos are in there

ok...lets take this slow.
- attach the iPhone to your windows PC
- open WINDOWS EXPLORER
- you *should* see Julie's iPhone in the tree in the left window pane (do you?)
- left click ONCE on Julie's iPhone. you should now see a list of files in the right window pane (do you?)
- to transfer a file just *left* click ONCE on any of the file names in the right window pane and without releasing the mouse button drag the file to wherever you want to put it in the left window pane
try that and report back.

Yes, Rich, I tried this and they still come up in Fax Viewer and then paint. The extension says it is a jpeg file. What am I doing wrong? Julie
