Re: [apple-iphone] Review

Susan, I saw the same article and was disappointed with the one hand swipe. Thank you for reporting your discovery! As this group knows, I recently bought two iPhone X. One was for my son who suffered from a disability due to an accident. He lost use in his dominant arm and hand. This new trick will greatly assist him while using his X. Thanks again for sharing, Susan.

Yesterday I read a review about iPhone X. In it the writer complained that the upper right swipe to invoke control center made it impossible to use the X one handed. I tested and yes it is impossible but I decided to try reachability. I swiped down on the bottom edge of the screen- the apps came down. I then tried swiping with my thumb on the right side just above the apps. And lo and behold control center appeared. It is now a two swipe process but very doable one handed. Thought others who use their phone one handed may find this useful. Sue Cordially, Susan Ferraglio-Genecco, DVM
