Roger - you traded from an 8. That is brand new. Wow. And you see a difference. That is impressive.

I agree with you Sue! I just traded up from an iPhon 8 Plus to the X. I am so happy with the improvements with this beauty.Roger---Roger Prokic-=[ this email was sent with Airmail from my Apple iPhone X w/ iOS 11.2 beta 4 ]=-On November 18, 2017 at 9:07:27 PM, Susan Ferraglio bladessf@aol.com [apple-iphone] (apple-iphone@yahoogroups.com) wrote:
Got mine two days ago. I like the size as compared to my 6plus. I find that apps that are updated for the X use the screen more efficiently. Those that aren't create bars that make text smaller. I am sure most will be updated quickly. It is narrower so landscape takes getting used to. I love the speed of Face ID. And the gestures are more natural.I can't decide whether I like True Tone. It seems to make the whites more yellow than True Tone on my iPad Pro. I like the white with it turned off.I don't mind the notch it disappears in my mind. I miss the battery percentage and the VPN icon. Both have to be viewed in control center. I especially don't like the vpn in Control center because I get frequent drops from the vpn which is not readily seen with the symbol hidden in control center. It should be up in one of the corners in my opinion.I love wireless charging for quick Supplementation. I think the phone audio is clearer than the 6s.So far I like it a lot.Sue

Slightly OT, but iTunes 12.7 runs on OS X/MacOS 10.10 (Yosemite) onwards. Were you on an earlier version (10.9 or older) of OS X until now?Otto

I had to update to High Sierra on my desktop in order to run the compatible iTunes. This caused me grief in iPhoto (new Photos could't recover my iPhoto picture file-still have the photos backed up - just not organized) and in Mail (I use tons of rules which all had to be redone - not finished yet).
