Installed 10.3 on my iPhone 6s plus, iPad Air and iPad mini. Took a little longer than usual but went smoothly. I backed up to iTunes before doing it because it is a major update. I also did all the updates over the air.  I noticed about 2 gb more space on each device after the upgrade. And the devices seem to be just a tad faster.

I wouldn't be in too much of a rush. This is a *big* update as it includes changing the file system. Wait and see how it goes for others.
