They are not conflicting pieces of information.

You are attempting to make duplicate backups to 2 different destinations.

The second message says you have successfully backed it up to your computer using iTunes (which, by the way, should be done encrypted in order to preserve secure things like healthcar data).

The first says you have not yet successfully completed any backup to iCloud (i.e., the storage space on Apple's iCloud servers).

I think there are only 2 ways to initiate an iCloud backup:

1. Manually, by opening Settings/iCloud on the device, scrolling down to and tapping on "Backup", and tapping "Back Up Now".

2. Automatically, when the switch for iCloud Backup is ON, the device is plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi (this normally happens in the small hours of the early morning).

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.
