I have this happen on my family account, especially whenever I get a new phone... I get my daughter's messages. You can turn this "off" on your phone in the settings area (see http://www.ianswerguy.com/imessages-to-sent-multiple-devices/ ) . To resolve the matter fully, the Verizon rep told me that this happens when you all share one apple ID. They suggest getting your own Apple ID.
