[apple-iphone] I want to re-install iOS on my iPhone 5s...

 

My phone has been acting a little bit flakey...     the phone is still on warranty but I want to try some stuff before bothering Apple...

Re-booting seems to stabilize it for awhile but not for too long...

Will doing a "Restore iPhone" from iTunes erase the old iOS and put in a fresh copy?
