I have two routers at home, a Verizon supplied and an Apple Extreme. The Verizon is set for the slower MHz band and provides a slower connection to my iPhone and iPad. The Apple just extends the IP addresses and provides a much faster internet connection (measured from test sites).
Ideally, my iPhone and iPad would connect to the Apple router on their own. Most of the time they default to the Verizon. In MacOS, I can move router names up and down a priority list so my MacBook connects to the Apple router first.
Is there a way to set priorities for iOS, so the devices connect to the Apple first?
TIA!
David

With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.
