Rich,

I did do a manual sync preceded by a backup.

Problem is, you store only ONE backup, and it's the last one you created. By the time I realized there was a BIG problem, the backup had been repeated and therefore was data-less!

I'm very frustrated at this point. Still have to contact MS to see if they can offer any suggestions.
