Open the App Store and then tap on your personal avatar (or picture) in the upper right corner of the screen.  You will see a Purchased option to tap.

On my iphone 6 plus (iOS 11.4) I used to be able to access a list of apps purchased but not currently on the device. Now I cannot find such a list. Can anyone advise me where it has crept off to please?
