[apple-iphone] 2 questions re making calls using Verizon's travel pass in ireland

Hi, I've decided to use Verizon's travel pass while traveling in Ireland which does not need a SIM card.  I have a few questions about making calls.  Please bear with me.  So I will be using my US number. When I want to make a call to the US while in Ireland using the travel pass do I need to add any codes or just punch in the normal 10-digit US number?

Also while in Ireland and I want to call Ireland, what codes do I need to add to the number given?  I know all Ireland phone numbers do not use the same number of digits (just to make things confusing).  Here's a sample number (01) 437 0969).  What do I have to add to that number to complete the call?

Thanks.
