Long story short ordered my 6 plus 64 gig gold on 10/3/14 from my local Verizon store. Was told would ship 11/7/14, I kept checking there web page and read ordered on 11/4/14 it shipped on 11/5/14 with 2 day shipping, Friday afternoon it was still sitting in Memphis. I called Verizon and asked why it was still sitting in Memphis agent said I'll check he put me on hold for a few minutes and when he retuned he said Fedex was going to see what they could do to get it to me for Sat. Delivery. About an hour later it showed movement later that night it was located in Syracuse 60 miles from my home, later that night it was moved to Oriskany 18 miles from me but showed a Mon. Delivery date. I then called Fedex and asked if it wasn't going to be delivered Sat. I would like to pick the package up. Agent came back after calling local fedex in Oriskany and said no you can't they will deliver the package on Monday! So much for Verizon and 2 day shipping, more like 5 days if I get it today. Thanks Fedex!! Yes this was the short version and I couldn't get anyone to give me there phone number in Oriskany, and yes they do Saturday delivery and are open till 3:00 PM.
Never did get an email from Verizon but that's another story.
