Does iOS allow me to convert speech to text in any language? I know I can go to Gen. settings and set the phone up for a different language for example Chinese. and when I do this spoken words in Chinese or type in Chinese. But I don't want that globally. I just want to be able to translate speech to text say in the mail program or in pages is not in any other app.
