I got this message also. My Apple affiliated store told me it can be caused by apps on your phone downloaded under a different apple id. I have grandchildren so that explained it to me! Later on I noticed (buried in a games folder) that there were three games grayed out. I assumed they were the culprit and deleted them. The phone has always worked seamlessly.
